Terms of Service

1. Service description

NexaVerify provides disposable and rental phone numbers that forward SMS messages to the user. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted delivery.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 years or older to use the service. By signing in you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Acceptable use

• You will not use the service to commit fraud, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• You will not attempt to abuse the upstream provider, our payment partners, or other users.
• You will not use the service to receive SMS for services that explicitly forbid virtual numbers (banks, government, KYC platforms).

4. Refunds

Disposable numbers that did not receive an SMS within the 15-minute validity window are eligible for a full refund to your NexaVerify balance. Rental numbers can be released and refunded for the unused time at our discretion.

5. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are flagged by the upstream provider. Balances of terminated accounts are not recoverable.

6. Limitation of liability

NexaVerify is not liable for damages arising from service outages, upstream provider errors, missed SMS, or failed verifications on third-party platforms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
